The students＇ professional quality is An indispensable factor which leads to successful career. It is related to sustainable development and social prestige. This article is to elaborate the significance of cultivating students＇ professional quality and ways of students＇ cultural behavior such as spirit, thinking, behavior and cultural levels. It analyzes objectively the problems and reasons. Finally it has explored to cultivate students＇ professional quality from the different innovations of thought, carrier, method and mechanism.
