摘要
目的:探讨脑胶质瘤术后患者定期口服化疗药物的护理要点。方法:对31胶质瘤患者口服替莫唑胺胶囊化疗,全程观察治疗过程中所出现的护理问题,包括胃肠道反应和血液学反应,并采取相应的护理措施。结果:本组病例均能顺利完成化疗全程,无一例口服替莫唑胺出现的毒性反应影响化疗。结论:良好的护理可预防或减轻口服替莫唑胺胶囊的副作用,确保口服化疗顺利进行。
Objective： To explore the nursing experience on oral medication of temozolomide after glioma surgery. Methods： 31 patients were treated by oral medication of temozolomide after glioma surgery. All the possible nursing problems in chemotherapy were observed and dealt with, including gastrointestinal and hematological adverse reactions. Results： All the patients finished the chemotherapy successfully. The toxic reaction in some cases did not influence the chemotherapy. Conclusion： Good nursing will be helpful for the prevention and alleviation of the side effect of temozolomide.
