基于机器符号的行星齿轮耦合驱动系统仿真

摘要 为研究行星齿轮耦合驱动系统的动力学特性,基于MapleSim对该系统进行动力学仿真分析.在MapleSim中建立行星齿轮系统模型,基于机器符号推导出系统动力学方程.在考虑时变啮合刚度的条件下计算齿轮啮合的动载荷因数,得到在单输入和双输入时系统的动载荷历程.结果表明利用机器符号可以快速得到正确的动力学方程,使得系统动力学特性研究更加容易. To study the dynamics characteristics of planetary gear coupling driving system, the dynamics simulation and analysis are performed on the system using MapleSim. The planetary gear system model is built in MapleSim and the dynamics equations of the system are derived based on machine symbols. Considering time-variant engagement stiffness, the dynamic load factor of the gear engagement is calculated and the dynamic load processes are obtained under the single input or the double inputs. The results indicate that the correct dynamics equations can be obtained quickly by machine symbols, which make it easier to study the dynamics of the system.
