摘要
目的探讨高压氧对重型颅脑损伤患者的治疗效果。方法对26例重型颅脑损伤患者进行常规加高压氧治疗,21例进行常规治疗,比较两组的疗效。结果高压氧组显效21例,无效5例。常规组显效11例,无效10例。两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期给予高压氧治疗,可明显提高重型颅脑损伤患者治愈率和生存质量。
Objective To study the effect on the severe head injury patients treated by hyperbaric oxygen. Methods 26 cases with severe traumatic brain injury were treat with conventional and hyperbaric oxygen,21 cases were treat with conventional only. Results Hyperbaric oxygen group that were 21 cases,5 cases ineffective,conventional group that were 11 cases, 10 cases were ineffective, the treatment effect is a significant difference （P 〈 0 05）. Conclusion Given hyperbaric oxygen therapy early, cure rate and quality of life with severe traumatic brain injury can significantly improve.
