摘要
对于较大制件的侧冲孔,当无法沿着侧冲方向布置斜楔驱动器时,可以考虑采用偏心侧冲的方法,而偏心侧冲的最大弊端是其产生的力矩可能会破坏斜楔的平衡,进而使凸模折断。为了解决这一问题,本文介绍一种偏心侧冲斜楔的平衡结构设计方法,它可以彻底克服偏心力矩的不良影响。这种方法通过在发动机检修盖冲孔模具上的应用,证明是可行的。
Due to the larger C-PI,when it is did not tolayout CAM driveby the direction of the C-PI,Can consider to take the method of eccentric C-PI,and eccentric C-PI is the biggest drawbacks resulting torque may destroy the balance of CAM,to make the punch broken. In order to solve this problem,this text introduces a method whateccentric C-PI the balance of CAM structure design,it can overcome the bad influence of eccentric torque completely. using this method on engine access cover us,proved to be feasible.
