摘要
由于薄齿形散热片的形状和结构复杂,外观要求较严。原为压铸成型,现要求改为重力浇铸成型,可是压铸成型和浇铸成型之间的成型工艺条件相差很大。为了确保浇铸能达到压铸的效果,通过对铸件结构进行工艺性分析,判定出浇铸的难点,制定出了浇铸模设计方案。充分考虑到对合金熔液在充模流动、温降、排气过程中的影响因素,采用了可以进行补缩作用冒口,在模腔周围增设了若干数量的电热棒,并合理设计了浇注系统、排气系统和浇口杯以及浇铸件在模腔的位置等措施之后,克服了重力浇铸所产生的不足,实现了浇铸件的成型。经试模可以判定,散热片浇铸完全可以实现浇铸件的顺利成型,且铸件尺寸和外观的质量均能达到图纸要求。

After test can determine, fin casting can achieve smooth casting parts forming, and the quality of the product size and appearance can meet the drawing requirements.
