摘要
利用对河北省城乡老年人健康问题调查数据,分析老年人健康维护的社会支持现状及对健康的影响。发现老年人所获得的非正式社会支持大多处于中等水平。大多数老年人只得到过一项社区卫生服务。近90%老年人参加了医疗保险,不同年龄、性别、城乡老年人医疗保险相差无几。正式和非正式支持均影响老年人的躯体和心理健康,两者各有所重,彼此不可替代。以生态健康理论为基础提出了老年人健康维护的三层支持网络模型。
According to the health survey data of the urban and rural elderly in Hebei Province,it analyzed the status of social supports gained of the elderly and their influences to the health of the elderly.Results showed that informal social supports of the elderly gained are mostly in the medium level,and the most elderly only get one of community health services,nearly 90%of the elderly took part in the medical insurance,which are not different in age,place of residence and gender.Formal and informal supports both affected the health of the elderly,which both played an important role,cannot being replaced with each other.Therefore,based on the theory of ecological health support,the elderly health maintenance of three layers network models is put forward.
