叙事医学在日本医疗纠纷调解中的应用及启示

Application and Reflection of Narrative Medicine for Mediation of Medical Disputes in Japan

探讨叙事医学理论在日本医疗纠纷调解制度中的应用特点以及对我国的启示。日本医疗纠纷调解制度以叙事医学为理论基础,不同于我国现阶段运用准法律性手段来进行医疗纠纷调解的思路。建议我国在医疗纠纷调解中,建立和加强以叙事医学为支撑的前期调解工作,让医生树立起与患者对话的本身就是治疗过程中不可分割的一部分,医疗纠纷调解就是让患方接受突如奇来的严酷现实的过程,医疗纠纷调解的目的不是"息诉罢访",而是良好医患关系的修复。

This paper aims to investigate the characteristics of narrative medicine theory in mediation of medical disputes in Japan,as well as its reflection.Japanese system is based on the theoretical basis of narrative medicine,and is unlike Chinese current approach to medical mediation by using quasi-legal means.Japanese system inspires that it is necessary to establish and enforce the pre-mediation based on narrative medicine,and the dialogue between doctors and patients is an integral part of the medical treatment.Furthermore,the mediation itself is a process to help patients to accept the accidental harshness,and it is not for the purpose of suppressing disputes,but to repair the relationship between doctors and patients.
