摘要
本文利用ADAMS软件和ANSYS软件的接口技术,建立了可控震源在工作状态下的刚柔耦合模型。基于柔性体建模方式,利用ADAMS强大的动力学计算功能分析计算整车工作状态时的动态特性,并导出车架的载荷谱。用ANSYS对车架进行瞬态动力响应分析,得出车架危险位置以及动态应力情况,对研究车架的动态破坏具有参考价值。
Based on ANSYS and ADAMS interface technology, the rigid-flexible coupling multi-body model is built for the dynamics simulation of the seismic vibrator in this paper. Using the flexible body modeling method, the dynamic characteristics of vibrator are calculated by the powerful dynamics calculation of the ADAMS. And the load spec- trum of the frame exported from ADAMS is imported to ANSYS for a transient dynamic analysis of the frame. The dynamic stress for the dangerous position of the frame is obtained, which has reference value to the research for the dynamic damage of the frame.
