基于Simulink的某越野车整车起步加速性能仿真

摘要 在Matlab/Simulink环境下建立某液力传动车辆动力传动系统的动态仿真模型,包括发动机模型、液力变矩器模型、机械变速器模型以及整车行驶动力学模型,并对整车加速性能进行仿真,得出车辆在90%油门开度起步加速时车速、挡位变化曲线,并与试验结果进行对比。结果表明,仿真结果与试验结果基本一致,该整车动力传动系统模型的建模方法是正确的。 Using Matlab/Simulink software, a dynamic simulation model of the powertrain system of a vehicle equipped with hydraulic transmission is built, including engine, hydraulic torque converter, mechanical speed variator and vehicle dynam- ics models. The movement curve of vehicle speed, gear, engine speed and output torque in starting acceleration mode with restrict throttle of 90% is derived from starting acceleration performance simulation. The results of simulation and experi- ment are basically consistent. The modeling method of vehicle~ powertrain system is correct.
