着眼战略投送基地的功能及定位,应用模块化理论对战略投送基地作业流程进行探索和设计。明确作业流程模块化设计目标和思路,进行模块化设计条件分析,将各个环节抽象重组为实体功能模块和信息功能模块,设计战略投送基地不同任务的作业流程,实现对多任务的支持。

In view of the function and position of strategic projection bases, this paper uses modularity theory to explore and design the operating procedures of strategic projection bases, defines the goals and thoughts of the modular design of the op- erating procedures, analyzes the conditions of the modular design, abstracts and restructures all aspects of the base operat- ing procedures to inform function modules and entity function modules, designs operating procedures of different work tasks to implement support for multiple tasks.
