摘要
在准确理解"双师型"内涵的基础上,结合士官教育规律与学校实际,针对目前教员队伍建设存在的问题,就加强士官院校"双师型"教员队伍建设,提出建立"双师型"教员队伍认证导向机制、拓宽教员队伍实践锻炼渠道和加大吸收部队军官士官的来源比例等3条建议。
Based on the accurate comprehension of the concept of "double -qualified" teachers, combining with NCO edu- cation regularity and school fact and aiming at the problems existing in the construction of faculty team, the paper puts for- ward three suggestions on how to develop "double - qualified" teachers in NCO colleges, which are establishing the certifi- cation -oriented mechanism of "double -qualified" teachers, broadening practice channels for teachers and increasing the percentage of army officers and NCOs.
