摘要
为减少离合器和制动器的数量,6挡自动变速器的三行星排齿轮变速机构中常使用常输入元件,单行星排串联辛普森结构的三行星排机构是其典型结构之一。鉴于传统的杠杆法在分析该类结构的传动方案时失去作用,提出"等效输入转速"的概念,对传统杠杆法进行改进。利用改进的杠杆法对单行星排串联辛普森结构的三行星排机构传动方案进行研究,并通过CX31和Allison HD4560P自动变速器的传动方案验证该方法的正确性和可行性。
In order to reduce the number of clutch and brake, the continuous input element is often used in three - planeta- ry - row gear train of 6 - speed automatic transmission. The three - planetary - row mechanism of series single - planetary - row Simpson structure is typical. Traditional lever analogy is invalid in analyzing its gearing scheme. The concept of "e- quivalent input speed" is put forward in the paper, which improves the traditional lever analogy. The gearing scheme of the three - planetary - row mechanism of series single - planetary - row Simpson structure was studied with the improved lever analogy, and the validity and feasibility of the analogy was verified via the gearing schemes of CX31 and Allison HIM560P automatic transmissions.
