摘要
采用模型试验在动水条件下对光滑和粗糙的单一裂隙注浆进行了对比研究,分析了光滑和粗糙裂隙在动水注浆过程中的渗流压力、流出液体重量、浆液扩散半径和扩散面积的变化规律。结果表明,渗流压力与裂隙的粗糙度成正比,随裂隙粗糙度的增加而增大;粗糙的裂隙有利于浆液沿逆水流和垂直水流方向扩散但不利于浆液沿顺水流方向扩散;粗糙的裂隙有利于防止被动水冲刷从而达到更好的注浆堵水效果;为了达到理想的注浆堵水效果,在裂隙光滑时应该调节浆液配比缩短浆液的凝胶时间。本文研究结果对根据不同的裂隙粗糙度调整注浆工艺有指导作用。
This paper presents a comparative experimental research on grouting with flowing water into a slick and rough fracture. Variations of seepage pressure, weight of outflow, grout propagation and grouting area during grouting were investigated comparatively. The results show that seepage pressure was in direct proportion to the degree of roughness. The rough fracture was propitious to propagation in the countercurrent and perpendicular direction of the current and restrained the propagation downstream the current. And the rough fracture was propitious to reaching the satisfactory effect against scouring. The volume ratio of grout should be regulated to shorten gel time while the fracture was smooth in order to reach the ideal effect. The results can be a guide to improve the technology of grouting based on the different roughness of fracture.
