摘要
结合青岛地铁3号线君峰路暗挖车站工程的设计与施工,通过对比分析硬质地层中采用双侧壁导坑法施工的既有大跨度地铁车站,将开挖方法由原来的双侧壁导坑法改为双侧直壁CRD法施工,从而加快了施工进度。通过MIDAS GTS对两种开挖方法进行三维有限元施工过程模拟,对比分析两种开挖方法引起拱顶沉降、洞内净空收敛值,从施工工序和施工力学上对两种施工方法的优劣进行比较分析,结合实际施工监测值,验证了优化施工方案的安全性和可行性,也为类似工程施工方案的优化提供参考。
Depending on the design and construction of the Junfeng Road Metro Station of Qingdao subway Line 3, analyzing and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the both side drift method adopted in the subway sta- tions with large span which have been built in the hard formation, the bilateral straight side drift CRD method could be a good way to accelerate the program. The security and possibility of the bilateral straight wall CRD method have been proved by the three-dimensional finite element simulation, the arch crown settlement and the clearance convergence values of two methods, the advantages and disadvantages of the construction process and construction mechanics between the two methods were compared, and the actual construction monitoring value was taken into account, and it also offers some reference to another similar programs
