摘要
对上海地区220 kV及以上输电线路服役杆塔现状及病害情况进行了调查。服役杆塔主要存在四种病害:杆塔结构整体倾斜、杆塔塔身及附属部件腐蚀、基础周边地基破坏以及杆塔外力破坏。基础不均匀沉降和杆塔受力状态改变造成了杆塔结构的整体倾斜,钢材的电化学反应造成了杆塔塔身及附属部件的腐蚀,自然或人为原因造成了基础周边地基破坏,汽车撞击则是杆塔外力破坏的主要原因。采用徕卡公司ScanStation C10三维激光扫描仪对长江路220 kV闸蕴2202线一基直线塔和一基转角塔进行了三维激光扫描检测。现场扫描得到了两基铁塔的点云数据,对所得点云数据进行数据处理,结果显示两基铁塔的整体倾斜度分别为1.2‰和1.4‰,均在规范规定的范围内。
The current state and diseases of electric towers in operation period for 220 kV and above transmission line in Shanghai are investigated. There exist four main diseases of the electric towers, and they are integral incline of tower, corrosion of main structure and accessories, destroy of foundation and outside destroy. Uneven settlement of foundation and change of structure stress state lead to the integral incline of structure. Electrochemical reaction of the steel causes the corrosion of main structure and accessories. Natural or artificial causes brings about the destroy of foundation. Car collision is the main reason for the outside destroys of tower. Leica ' s ScanStation C10 is used to detect one line tower and one angle tower for 220 kV Zhayun transmission line 2202 in Changjiang Road. By field scanning the point cloud of two towers are acquired. The data processing results of point cloud show that the inclinations of the two towers are 1.2%o and 1.4%o. Both of them satisfy the criterion of China Standard.
