摘要 将Modbus总线技术及WEB技术应用于食用菌工厂化栽培环境计算机智能控制系统开发,软件上采用C/S架构,控制系统服务端可实现数据采集处理及智能控制,并具有组态配置控制系统功能。客户端能够实现用户操作界面,可使用户远程并发连接服务端操作。另外,结合菇房环境控制需求,控制系统硬件利用RS485总线实现分布式控制结构,各子系统相对独立,易于扩展,同时提高可靠性。 Modbus and WEB technology was applied to the research and development of computer intelligent control system for the edible fungus industrial cultivation environment and C /S software architecture was introduced. The control system server was designed for data acquisition and intelligent control,and a control system configuration function was implemented in the server. The control system clients can achieve user interface to manipulate the server by the concurrently remote connection. Combined with requirements to control the edible fungus cultivation rooms,RS485 bus was used in the control system hardware to implement a distributed control structure which is relatively independent of each subsystem,easy to expand and to improve reliability.
