苄基三乙基氯化铵为相转移催化剂催化合成4,4'—二甲酸三苯胺 被引量:1

摘要 实验结果表明分子结构为C13H22ClN的苄基三乙基氯化铵是合成4,4'—二甲酸三苯胺的一种优良的相转移催化剂。在合成过程中以4,4'—二甲基三苯胺为原料,在碱性条件下用高锰酸钾氧化,并加入相转移催化剂,最终合成4,4'—二甲酸三苯胺。通过对反应条件的研究,发现利用相转移催化合成4,4'—二甲酸三苯胺的最佳反应条件为:高锰酸钾用量7g,叔丁醇30ml,苄基三乙基氯化铵用量为0.50g,反应时间5.5h,此时产品产率最高达59.4%。 The outcome of the experiment is that benzyl triethyl chloride whose molecular structure is C13H22ClN,is a kind of effective phase transfer catalysts which can synthesise 4,4'-( phenylazanediyl) dibenzoic acid. During the synthesis process,4,4'-Dimethyltriphenylamine was used as raw material,in alkaline condition with Potassium Permanganate oxidation,and adding phase transfer catalyst to synthesis of 4,4'-( phenylazanediyl) dibenzoic acid. Research the reaction conditions were as follows: when the amount of Potassium permanganate is 7g,the Tert-butanol alcohol is 30ml,the amount of Benzyl triethyl chloride is 0. 50g,and the reflecting time is 5.5h,the product yield is up to 59. 4%.
