支气管哮喘患儿血清IL-4、hs-CRP、Ang-2检测的临床意义

Clinical significance of serum levels of IL-4,hs-CRP,and Ang-2 detection in children with bronchial asthma

目的探讨支气管哮喘患儿血清IL-4、hs-CRP及Ang-2水平与支气管哮喘发生、发展的关系。方法78例支气管哮喘患儿分为急性发作期组48例和缓解期组30例,对其血清IL-4、hs-CRP及Ang-2水平进行检测,并与健康对照组的30例健康儿童进行比较分析。结果与健康对照组比较,支气管哮喘组血清IL-4、hs-CRP及Ang-2水平显著升高(P<0.05);与缓解期组比较,急性发作期组血清IL-4、hs-CRP及Ang-2水平均显著升高(P<0.05);支气管哮喘患儿血清IL-4水平与hs-CRP、Ang-2水平呈正相关(r=0.42、0.57,均P<0.05)。结论测定支气管哮喘患儿血清IL-4、hs-CRP及Ang-2水平对患儿哮喘病情判断及治疗具有重要的临床意义。

【Objective】To study the clinical significance of detecting serum levels of IL-4, hs-CRP and Ang-2in children with bronchial asthma（BA）.【Methods】The serum levels of IL-4, hs-CRP and Ang-2 were detected in78 children（48 cases with BA in acute exacerbation, 30 cases with BA in remission）, and compared with those of 30healthy children in the healthy control group. 【Results】The serum levels of IL-4, hs-CRP and Ang-2 in the BA group were significantly higher than those in the healthy control group（all P〈0.05）. The serum levels of IL-4, hsCRP and Ang-2 in the acute exacerbation group were significantly higher than those in the remission group（all P〈0.05）. The serum level of IL-4 was positively correlated with the serum levels of hs-CRP and Ang-2（r =0.42, 0.57,both P〈0.05）. 【Conclusions】The detection of serum levels of IL-4, hs-CRP and Ang-2 play an important role in disease judgment and treatment of the children with BA.
