企业家精神对营销绩效影响实证检验——营销动态能力的中介作用 被引量:3

摘要 随着世界经济由管理型经济向创新型经济的转变,企业家精神作为企业独特的异质性资源之一,日益成为学术界和企业界共同关注的热点。本文通过选取东北地区228家民营企业的调研数据,探索并实证检验企业家精神对营销绩效的影响机理。理论阐释并实证检验了我国转型经济背景下企业家精神对营销绩效的作用路径,以及营销动态能力在其间发挥着的中介效应。
