摘要
运载火箭飞行过程中,推进剂输送管路系统中有时会出现低频压力脉动现象。针对该现象,以输送管路系统为研究对象,进行了其固有频率的理论分析和研究,并开展了AMESim仿真验证,对输送管路产生压力脉动产生的机理以及其影响因素进行了初步研究。通过仿真试验分析,找出并验证了对输送管路系统压力脉动频率起作用的主要因素,在此基础上,初步建立了相应的输送管路脉动压力计算公式,方便后续工程应用。
During launching, pressure fluctuation at low frequency phenomenon was found in feedline system. The paper put forward the analysis and simulation for the natural frequency of the feedline system, through which find the main elements of feedline pressure fluctuation and find main elements of pressure fluctuation mechanics, calculation equation was also established for the pipeline fluctuation,so can be used conveniently during the practice.
