实现水量交换的深圳市中西部水库群优化调度研究 被引量:1

摘要 在分析提高城市供水保证率、减少缺水量、实现公明水库战略储备水资源需求的基础上,建立了多目标水库群供水联合优化调度模型,将多目标优化模型转化为单目标模型,采用决策动态优选的自适应算法求解模型,结论为:深圳市中西部城市供水保证率达到98%,高于设计保证率97%,满足供水需求;公明水库多年平均交换水量为7.230×107 m3,占到储备库容的近60%,多年平均蓄满周期为1.62年,实现了战略储备水量目标;得到了北线引水给各水库补水比例分别为茜坑17.7%,鹅颈8.8%,石岩51.1%,剩余22.4%水量蓄入公明水库作为储备水量。研究成果对深圳市中西部水库群联合供水和保障水库水质安全,以及发挥生态环境和社会效益具有重要作用。 Based on the analysis of improving the guarantee rate of urban water supply and reducing the water deficiencies,and realization of water storage of Gongming reservoir,this paper has built an optimal scheduling model of multi-objectives and transformed multi-objects into single object,and used the adaptive algorithm of decision dynamic optimization to seek solution to the model.Conclusions are as follows:the guarantee rate for water supply of Midwest Shenzhen city has reached 98% which is higher than the planning guaranteed ratio 97%,whereby meeting water supply demand;the long year average exchange water volume of Gongming reservoir has reached7.230×107 m3,accounting for nearly 60% of the reserve capacity,and the long year average of storage period is 1.62year,achieving the strategic water storage goal;water supplementary percentage obtained to each reservoir to divert water from the north line is:Qiankeng 17.7%,Ejin8.8%,Shiyan 51.1%,respectively.The rest of 22.4%remained quantity into Gongming reservoir as reserve water.The results play a vital role in ensuring water supply of city and keeping water quality security of reservoir,improving ecologic and social benefits.
