摘要
为了解决现有分段电容式油水双界面传感器在某些情况下不能测量的缺陷,提出了一个简单实用的方法。具体做法是把每个测量段的非共用极板沿对角线分成了两部分,然后通过这两部分和另一共用极板间电容值与油水双界面之间的关系,推导得出了它们之间的理论公式,最后通过实验验证了所获得的油水双界面评价方法是完全可行的。
In order to solve the existed defects that cannot be measured in some cases,a simple and practical improvement of segmented capacitance-type sensor is presented for monitoring air-oil and oil-water interfaces.At each measurement segment,non-shared electrode is divided into two parts from diagonal line by a small gap.According to relationships between the two interface levels and capacitances contributed by the two parts divided and shared electrode,two theoretical formulas for estimating the oil-water interface level and air-oil interface level are derived and tested.The experimental results indicate that the proposed method is possible and valuable.
