摘要 针对不规则物体的高精度转动惯量测量的要求,提出一种基于LabVIEW的测控系统方案。给出了测控系统的总体设计、分块设计和结果。本系统利用.NET平台构建软件整体系统,利用LabVIEW软件的图形控件构建数据采集功能系统。系统硬件基于工控机、扭矩传感器、编码器和PLC实现,准确测量不规则物体的转动惯量。实验表明,该测控系统具有较高的测量精度。 This measurement and control system is put forward for the irregular-shaped structures and the requirements of moment of inertia(MOI) with high accuracy based on Lab VIEW.The overall design,detailed design and the results are elaborated.The.NET platform is used to construct the whole computer software in the system.The graphical controls of Lab VIEW software is used to design the whole data-collection function.The hardware system based on the IPC,mini-smart torque sensor,encoder and PLC,can accurately reflect the moment of inertia of the irregular-shaped structures.The practical application shows that the system with high accuracy of measurement has been used in a research institute.
