二元经济中农业技术进步、劳动力流动与经济增长——基于中国1992-2012年省级面板数据的实证分析

Agricultural Technology Progress,Labor Mobility and Economic Growth in Dual Economy—Evidence from Chinese Provincial Panel Data during 2001-2010

在考察基于技术进步的农业发展、劳动力有效流动及人力资源优化配置与二元经济均衡增长之间关系的基础上,本文构建一个内生农业技术进步的二元经济模型,研究发现二元经济中基于技术进步的农业发展,是促进农业劳动力有效流向现代产业部门的前提条件,并构成二元经济均衡增长的基本动力。基于1992-2012年间省级面板数据研究显示,农业技术进步、农业投资和现代产业对农业的反哺对提高农业劳动生产率具有显著作用,农业发展基础上的劳动力有效流动、投资、政府对经济活动的参与和前期的研发投入是决定二元经济均衡增长的主要因素。

This paper investigates the relationships among agricultural development due to technology progress, labor effective mobility and balance growth of dual economy, then constructs a growth model of dual economy with endogenous agricultural technology progress. We find that agricultural development due to technology progress is the precondition for labor effective mobility, and constitute the basic driving force for balance growth of dual economy. The analysis based on the provincial panel data during 2001 -2010 shows that agricultural technology progress, agricultural invest and industry nurturing agriculture significantly increase the agricultural productivity. This study suggests that the balance growth of dual economy main due to labor effective mobility, invest, governmental participation in the economic activities and first-phase R＆D input.
