海拉尔樟子松年轮生长与北大西洋涛动/北极涛动的联系

Relationships between tree-ring growth of Hailar Pine and the North Atlantic Oscillation/Arctic Oscillation

目的研究蒙古高原东部海拉尔樟子松年轮宽度与大尺度气候驱动北大西洋涛动/北极涛动的关系。方法使用相关系数分析方法探讨树轮宽度年表、实测气象数据及北大西洋涛动指数/北极涛动指数的相互作用;使用功率谱分析周期信号。结果 11年滑动平均后,海拉尔樟子松年轮宽度与北大西洋涛动/北极涛动相关关系在1960s发生转变,由显著负相关（1873～1957）变为显著正相关（1958～2003）。树轮宽度与北大西洋涛动指数/北极涛动指数在实测时段内均与年平均温度和年降水总量显著相关。北大西洋涛动/北极涛动对树木径向生长和区域降水的影响存在显著的滞后效应。谱分析表明树轮宽度年表和北大西洋涛动指数/北极涛动指数具有相近的准周期信号。结论十年尺度上,北大西洋涛动/北极涛动通过温度和降水显著影响蒙古高原东部海拉尔樟子松的径向生长。

Objective—To investigate the relationships of tree-ring growth of Hailar Pine in eastern Mongolian Plateau and the North Atlantic Oscillation/Arctic Oscillation which belong to the largescale climate forcing.Methods—The correlation coefficient analysis and power spectrum were applied in this study.Results—After an 11-year of moving average,the correlations between tree-ring width of Hailar Pine and the North Atlantic Oscillation Index/Arctic Oscillation Index were changed in the1960s,from a significant negative correlation（1873～1957）into a significant positive correlation（1958～2003）.Tree-ring width and the North Atlantic Oscillation Index/Arctic Oscillation Index were significantly correlated with annual average temperature and total annual precipitation during the observed period.North Atlantic Oscillation/Arctic Oscillation exhibited significant lag effects on treering growth and regional precipitation.Spectral analysis showed that similar quasi-periodic signals appeared in the tree-ring width chronology and the North Atlantic Oscillation Index/Arctic Oscillation Index.Conclusion—On the decadal scale,the North Atlantic Oscillation/Arctic Oscillation significantly affects the radial growth of Hailar Pine in eastern Mongolian Plateau through temperature and precipitation.
