摘要
近年来,在国际国内市场上越来越多采用工程总承包的方式进行项目建设,EPC工程总承包模式以其缩短工期、降低投资的特点受到投资者的青睐。本文以哈拉沟煤矿选煤厂改扩建工程(EPC)总承包项目为例,全面描述了EPC工程总承包项目管理的主要内容及整个控制过程中注意的问题,为EPC工程总承包项目管理提供参考和借鉴。
In recent years, the increasing number of project construction adopt project general contracting mode in domestic and international markets. EPC is popular as the characteristics of shortening the construction period and reducing the investment. This article takes Halagou coal preparation plant expansion project for instance to describe the main content and matters needed attention during the process control of EPC, which provides a reference for EPC project management.
