职业文化是校园文化的组成部分,在建设特色高职院校中职业文化起到了极为重要的作用,在学生职业培养建设中起到良好的育人效果,具有较强的创新性和实践性,职业文化的建设促进了高职院校教育改革与发展,加强了高职院校在发展道路中的理论与现实意义。

Vocational culture is the part of the campus culture, which makes of great importance in constructing characteristic vocational culture on campus. It has a good effect of education in vocational construction for students. The vocational culture improves the reform and development of higher vocational colleges＇ education with its creativity and practical meaning. Therefore it should be strengthened the development of higher vocational colleges both in theory and reality.
