摘要
在大田和大棚2种培育环境下,分别对大果沙棘扦插枝条进行硬枝冷藏处理、硬枝生根粉处理、硬枝水浸泡处理、硬枝生根粉+水浸泡处理、硬枝冷藏+生根粉+水浸泡处理。通过测定扦插后不同阶段苗木成活率、平均苗高、平均根系长、地下生物量以及地上生物量等指标,确定大果沙棘最适宜的扦插育苗技术为大棚内硬枝冷藏+生根粉+水浸泡处理,为西北地区沙棘造林提供技术参考。
The cutting of hard branches have been treated with storing at low temperature,rooting powder,soaking in water,rooting powder + soaking in water,rooting powder + soaking in water + storing at low temperature in field and greenhouse. The survival rate,average height of seedling,average root length,the underground and aboveground biomass has been measured. The results show that the treatment of rooting powder + soaking in water+ storing at low temperature is the best technique of cutting propagation of Hippophae rhamnoides in Erdos area,which provides technical guidance for afforestation of Hippophae rhamnoides in Northwest area.
