摘要
为提高核电厂(NPP)主控室(MCR)监视和控制作业的安全水平,根据主控室人-机界面(HMI)设计标准,构建多层次、多属性的人-机界面安全评价指标体系。研究参数类和原则类评价指标的预处理方法。建立基于物元分析方法的核电厂主控室人-机界面安全评价模型。实现定量和定性评价结果的集成。开发人-机界面综合评价软件,获得人-机界面安全等级评价结果。研究表明:用该方法能准确评价参数类指标,减弱传统定性评价方式对原则类指标评价的模糊性和不确定性,并且可依据评价结果有针对性地纠正人-机界面设计缺陷。
In order to improve the operational safety of monitoring and control for MCR in NPP,based on ergonomics standards of MCR for NPP,a multilevel and multi-attribute evaluation index system of HMI was built. The pretreatment methods of parameter class and principle class evaluation indexes were studied. A safety evaluation model of HMI was built based on matter element analysis method for MCR in NPP.Integration was realized between qualitative evaluation results and quantitative evaluation results. Apiece of software was developed for HMI comprehensive evaluation. Evaluation results of safety grade of HMI were got. The results show that with proposed method,parameter class indexes can be evaluated accurately,both ambiguity and uncertainty of principle class indexes can be weaken compared to traditional qualitative evaluation methods,and HMI design flaws can be corrected according to evaluation results.
