结合深圳市生活垃圾处理和国内外生活垃圾处理设施运营监管现状,对深圳市生活垃圾处理设施运营监管法律规范体系的建立、监管机构运作体系、监管内容和监管方法提出建议。
According to the domestic waste treatment in Shenzhen and the operation supervision status of domestic waste treatment facilities at home and abroad, some suggestions for the operation supervision of domestic waste treatment facilities in Shenzhen were put forward, ineludingeonstructionoflegalnormssystem, operating system of supervision institution, supervision contents, and supervision methods.
