摘要
针对目前国内垃圾焚烧厂普遍存在的入炉垃圾含水率高、热值低等问题,对湿解工艺进行探究,分析了以湿解作为焚烧预处理工艺的优势,并对现有湿解工艺进行优化,以达到湿解产物的含水率降低、热值提高的目的。
Currently, the common problem in domestic waste incineration plants of China is high moisture content and low calorific value into the furnace. The wet-hydrolysis technology was explored about these matters. The advantages of wet-hydrolysis as the pretreatment technology for waste incineration were analyzed. And the existing wet-hydrolysis technology was optimized to achieves the goal for moisture content reduced and calorific value increased of the wet-hydrolysis product.
