分析和总结了国内外废旧衣物回收现状,结合深圳实际提出应建立由政府引导监督、企业投资参与、公益组织运营的废旧衣物回收模式,同时提出了政策建议。
The status of used clothing recycling at home and abroad was analyzed and summarized. Combining with the actual situation in Shenzhen, the used clothing recycling mode was put forward, that is to say, guided and supervised by the government, then enterprises participate in investment, and the commonweal organizations in charge of the operation. At the same time, some policy suggestions were put forward.
