On Construction of Shanghai International Trade Center Based on Agile Supply Chain Management

国际贸易中心是全球贸易供应链网络中重要的枢纽点。从供应链管理的角度看,建设具有全球资源配置能力的上海国际贸易中心必须加强其供应链敏捷力建设。论文在分析企业敏捷供应链的含义与特点的基础上,剖析了上海国际贸易中心敏捷供应链的内涵,并结合上海国际贸易中心建设"十二五"发展规划,从构造制造型企业敏捷供应链,具有敏捷性的物流、贸易服务商、政府管理服务系统四个方面分别进行阐述,最后强调了构建一个统一的敏捷的电子信息平台系统应该具备的基本功能。

The international trade center is a crucial hub in the global trade supply chain network.In order to build Shanghai into an international trade center with global resource al-location ability,it is vital to enhance the supply chain agility in the trade network.This paper analyzes the connotation of agile supply chain of Shanghai International Trade Center,and e-laborates the ideas on how to construct the international trade center with agile supply chain from four aspects,i.e.,the construction of agile supply chain of manufacturing enterprises, the construction of agile logistics service system,trade service system and government man-agement system.Finally,this paper emphasizes the necessity of building a unified electronic information platform for agile supply chain management of Shanghai International Trade Cen-ter,and the basic functions of this unified electronic information platform.
