摘要
构建教职工大学文化建设长效机制是高等教育内涵式发展的必然要求和高校文化传承创新职能的内在需要,也是高校培育和弘扬大学精神、增强文化软实力、发挥文化育人功能、提高教育质量的重要途径。在高校大学文化建设过程中,要积极探索并构建教职工大学文化建设长效机制,建立校领导主管、校工会负责、各基层工会具体组织、教职工全员参与的文化发展格局,形成教职工大学文化建设的强大合力,凝聚高校改革和发展的正能量,推动高等教育事业的科学发展。
