The new rural cultural construction is an important and complex system engineering,is an urgent and long-term task.In view of the current cultural construction of new countryside in Shaanxi Province,the present situation and the existence question,the new rural cultural construction work must be effectively strengthen organization and leadership,increasing government investment,innovation mechanism,strengthen the team building,enrich the cultural life of the masses and other measures to promote.
