通过建设单相电能表自动检定库线系统,提高单相电能表检定工作效率。经过功能设计、安装调试、接口完善及测试、功能验证等阶段实施,南宁供电局库线系统正式建成投产。3个多月时间的应用验证了该系统可大大减少检定工作人工数,降低劳动强度,提高了检定工作效率,真正实现为计量检定班组"规范、减负、高效"的目的。南宁供电局单相电能表自动检定库线系统设计科学合理,实用性强,核心技术环节有创新,提高了库线系统对接的可靠性和稳定性,具有较大的推广意义。

The working efficiency of single phase energy meter verification is improved by the construction of single phase energy meter automatic verification warehouse and production line system. After the implementation of stages such as function design,installation debugging,interface improvement and test,function verification and so on,the warehouse and production line system in Nanning power supply bureau is formally put into operation. The application of more than three months verifies that the system can greatly reduce the number of the worker in verification,lower the labor intensity and improve the working efficiency of verification which truly realizes the purposes of＂specification,burden reduction,high efficiency＂of measurement and verification team. The warehouse and production line system in Nanning power supply bureau has scientific and reasonable design,strong practicality,and innovation in ore technology section,which improves the reliability and stability of system docking and has greatly expanding meaning.
