Treatment and Countermeasures to the Deepening of Safety Production Risk Management System

为使安全生产风险管理体系的管理要求与思想方法真正融入企业安全生产管理全过程,通过对公司体系建设应用存在的问题进行分析,发现体系管理要求、思想方法与日常安全生产工作融入不足、应用不够,导致体系文件策划、体系认知、体系应用在执行过程出现偏差。提出强化安全生产风险管理的顶层设计、全力推进"两册"承接落地、提高体系文件执行刚性等体系深化应用的措施及对策。

In order to really integrate the management requirement and the thinking method of the safety production risk management system into the whole process of enterprise＇s safety production risk management,and by the analysis of problems in the construction and application of enterprise system,it is found that the integration and application of the management requirement of the system,the thinking method into the daily safety production work is not enough,which lead to deviations of system document planning,system cognition and system application during the execution process. Treatment and countermeasures to deepening the application of the system are proposed including enhancing the top design of the safety production risk management,fully pushing the undertaking and landing of＂Two Handbooks＂,improving the rigid implementation of system documents.
