Study on the Development of Liaoning Province Professional and Agricultural Cooperatives

农民专业合作社与传统的农村集体经济组织是农村存在的两种经济形式。我省农民专业合作社经过近二十年的发展,取得了一定的成绩,但是在农业人才、农业资金、政策配套等方面还有一定差距。加强农业基础,繁荣农村经济,是农村改革的基本方向,而农民专业合作社是解决"三农"问题的有效途径,应鼓励其稳建快速地发展。

Agricultural professional cooperative and traditional agricultural economic organizations are two forms of college.Farmer professional cooperatives in our province has developed nearly twenty years,and achieved certain performance.However,there are gap in the agricultural talents,agricultural capital,policy and so on.Enhancing ang flourishing the rural economy is the direction of reformation and farmer professional cooperative is a useful way of solving ＂three rural＂ problems.It should be encouraged developed stable and rapidly.
