独立学校金融教学的最终目的,在于培养出适应我国金融快速发展的一大批具有创新能力和实践能力的人才。近年来,金融教学的研究和改革始终在进行,对人才实践能力培养的脚步从未停歇,但却一直得不到社会的普遍认可。金融发展速度及人才需求变化之快和金融专业实践能力教育改革速度之慢是极不相称的,由此导致就业市场上人才与企业供需不匹配的怪现象。因此,金融专业实践教育的改革势在必行,刻不容缓。
