本文分析了赏识教育在高职院校班级管理中的作用，用以“了解学生、善待学生”为途径，以“尊重和爱护”为基石，以“公平、公正”为基准，有原则、完整教育学生的过程展现了赏识教育的意义。

The role of appreciation education in class management in higher vocational colleges analyzed in this pa- per. To understand students and treat them kindly is the way; to respect and care them is the eornerstone; fair and just is the base, the process of principle and complete education shows the significance of appreciation education.
