系部文化建设作为校园文化建设的重要组成部分，是系部综合实力和核心竞争力的体现，本文重点阐述系部文化建设的内涵和特点，并以轨道交通类专业为例，从制度文化、物质文化、精神文化、教师文化、德育文化、专业文化六个方面分析总结了近几年系部文化建设的实践策略。

The cultural construction of departments is as an important part of campus cultural construction, and is the embodiment of the departments comprehensive strength and core competitiveness. This article focuses on the connotation and characteristics of the departments culture construction, taking track traffic specialty as the exam- pie, this paper summarizes the practical strategy of the departments cultural construction from six aspects as system culture, material culture, spirit culture, teacher culture the moral culture and professional culture in the recent years.
