双层多孔沥青路面关键技术分析

摘要 双层多孔沥青路面相对于传统的路面结构,在降噪、抗滑、排水、抗冻及耐久性方面,表现出明显的优越性。本文介绍了双层多孔沥青路面的发展,以及国外常见的结构类型,并对所使用材料的作用及要求进行了说明,包括集料、粘结料、活性剂、纤维等。然后简述了“贝雷法”在多孔路面级配设计中的运用,最后介绍了利用双层沥青摊铺机进行此类路面铺设的过程,并结合国内外的施工经验,对具体施工工艺中原路面的处理方式,以及需要考虑的环境和设备因素加以说明。 Comapared with the traditional pavement structure, the double porous asphalt road has obvious superiority in noise reduction, anti slide, drainage, frost resistance and durability. This paper introduces the development of double porous asphalt pavement, and the common structure type overseas, the function and requirements of the materials used are described, including aggregate, binder, active agent, fiber etc. Then it introduces the applica- tion of "Bailey method" in the mix design of porous pavement, finally it introduces the pavement paving process of using double deck asphalt paver, and combined with the construction experience of foreign countries, treatment of original pavement specific construction process, as well as the environment and equipment factors were explained.
