捣固车捣固装置夹持液压系统压力平稳性研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了解决某型铁路捣固车的捣固装置在使用过程中出现夹持油缸异响的问题,基于捣固装置结构和液压系统建立模型,分析激振力对夹持液压系统压力的影响,提出了在夹持油缸回油路设置单向阻尼孔,达到稳定液压系统压力的目的。通过AMESIM对系统进行仿真,证实了激振力对夹持油缸压力的影响以及阻尼孔在稳定压力时所起的作用,结果表明:在回油路设置合适的单向阻尼孔可以有效稳定夹持液压系统压力,从而可提高捣固装置的作业性能。 In order to solve the problem that abnormal sound occurs in the clamping cylinder of a tamping device during its working time,the model of the system was established based on the structure of the tamping device and the theory of hydraulic system,and the influence of the exciting force of vibrated eccentric shaft on the instability of the hydraulic pressure was analyzed. A configuration of a one-way restrictor in the return oil loop of the clamping cylinder was proposed to enhance the stability of hydraulic pressure. The whole system was modeled and simulated in the AMESIM,and the effect of excitation on the stability of pressure of clamping cylinder and the role by which the restrictor plays in the stabilization of pressure were confirmed. The results show that,the proposed configuration can effectively enhance the stability of hydraulic pressure,which in turn improves the working performance of the tamping device.
