摘要
目前,大多数基桩完整性检测需使用钢管,而钢铁矿产资源的过重开采以及节能减排的建筑环境,不得不淘汰一些高耗能行业的金属管材。通过分析钢管的使用现状和塑料管的性能,选用合适的非金属管材,来替代目前广泛应用的钢质声测管。新型复合材料塑料管的创新与设想,对节约工程建设成本、提高社会经济效益非常重要。
At present,steel pipes are used in most of the pile integrity testing.Because of serious exploitation of iron and steel mineral resources,and the requirement of energy saving building environment,The metal pipes used in high energy consuming industries should be eliminated.Performance status in plastic steel pipes is analyzed,non metal pipes are selected to replace the current widely used steel sound measuring tube.New innovation and ideas of composite plastics pipes are very important to save the cost of engineering construction,improve the social and economic benefits.
