摘要
注浆法能够消除杂填土的不均匀性,是市政道路杂填土路基处理的有效方法。基于某市政道路杂填土路基的注浆加固处理项目,对杂填土路基注浆加固技术及其应用效果进行了理论和试验检测分析。采用自下而上的分段式注浆方案,注浆总深度为2.0m,注浆孔采用梅花形布置,孔间距0.7m,浆液为水泥浆,水灰比0.7,注浆压力不大于0.6MPa。工程实践表明,该注浆加固技术处理杂填土路基的方法可行,经验值得推广。
Grouting reinforcement method can eliminate the heterogeneity of impurity fill,and it is an effective method to treat impurity fill subgrade in urban road.Based on analyzing the grouting reinforcement project,the grouting reinforcement technologies of impurity fill subgrade and its applications have been proposed according to theoretical and experimental analyses.Adopting sectional grouting method from bottom to top,the total depth of reinforcement is 2.0m.Grouting holes are arranged with plum shaped,and their spacing is 0.7m.Slurry's water cement ratio is 0.7,and grouting pressure is not more than 0.6MPa.It has proved from the project that the method can deal with the impurity fill subgrade successfully.
