摘要
本文以吲哚和亚硫酸氢钠为原料,经吲哚啉中间体的步骤分别合成了5-溴吲哚、5-硝基吲哚与5-氨基吲哚,所合成的化合物利用核磁共振氢谱、红外光谱等进行了表征与确认,并对合成条件等进行了探讨.
In this paper,substituted indoline were synthesized with indole and sodium bisulfite as raw materials. Through the"indole-indoline-indole"step,the target compound 5-bromo indole,5-nitro indole and 5-amino indole were gained. All synthesized compounds were confirmed by IR and 1HNMR. Besides,the synthesis conditions of intermediates were discussed.
