摘要
使用管式高温烧结炉、磨料球磨韧性实验机和单颗粒抗压强度测试仪,通过正交试验研究了热处理温度、保温时间、升温速度对棕刚玉磨料力学性能的影响规律。在空气气氛下首先对棕刚玉磨料进行热处理,然后测定和分析热处理前后棕刚玉磨料的球磨韧性、单颗粒抗压强度变化情况,发现通过合适热处理后的棕刚玉磨料的球磨韧性以及单颗粒抗静压强度都得到了大幅提高。通过数据分析得到了最佳的热处理工艺,通过XRD分析了热处理前后棕刚玉的物相变化情况。
By means of orthogonal experiments with high-temperature tubular oven,grain roughness testing instrument,single grain compression testing instrument,brown corundum abrasive grains' mechanical properties such as ball-milling roughness and single grain compression strength altering situation have been investigated as the changes of sintering temperature,duration,and rate of heating up in air atmosphere.And then it has measured its toughness,single grain compression strength and analyzed its phase transformation by X-ray diffraction before and after heat treatment.It was found that the roughness and single particle crushing strength of brown corundum grains have been greatly improved after heat treatment,the best heat treatment process has obtained by analyzing the data.
