回神颗粒治疗中风后运动性失语患者的疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Anandia Cases of Stroke Treated by Hui-shen Granule

目的:观察回神颗粒治疗中风后运动性失语患者的临床疗效。方法:将79例中风后运动性失语患者随机纳入对照组及治疗组,治疗组在对照组的西医基础治疗之上加服回神颗粒,采用北京医科大学附属第一医院神经心理研究室的汉语标准失语症成套测验的简表分别于入院时、14 d、6个月进行疗效评价。结果:治疗14 d、6个月后,两组患者言语表达流利性、复述、命名、书写及总评分与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗6个月后比较两组疗效,经秩和检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:回神颗粒可明显改善言语表达流利性、复述、命名、书写等能力,是治疗中风后运动性失语的有效方剂。

ObjectiveTo study the effect of Hui-shen （Recupera-ting the mind） granule on the speaking function of anandiacases of stroke. Methods： The 79 cases were randomized into treatment and control groups,patients were treated with routinemethod in control group,and routine method plus Hui-shen granule in treatment group. Evaluating the speaking function of thepatients before treatment, 14 days,6 months after treatment was carried out respectively through the speech ability in SpeechTherapy and Chinese Standard Aphasia Test Battery by Beijing Medical University. Results： The scores of words information andfluency,retelling, naming writing and total scores of 2 groups, in 14 days and 6 months, were significantly improved, with statis-tical difference （P〈0.05）; The total effective rate in treatment group was superiof than that of control group （P〈0.01）, in 6months. Conclusion： Hui-shen granule is an effective formula for anandia cases of stroke, and it is effective in improving thefunction of words information and fluency,retelling, naming writing ability.
