氧化铝对黄连及制剂中季铵型生物碱的影响研究

Influence of Alumina on the Quaternary-ammonium-type-alkaloid in Rhizoma Coptidis and Preparation

目的:考察中性氧化铝对季铵型生物碱提取纯化过程中的影响。方法:采用RP-HPLC法测定经碱性、中性氧化铝处理和未经其处理的黄连上清片、炎可宁片等含黄连的制剂中季铵型生物碱含量比较。采用峰面积相对损失率来衡量其影响大小。结果:两种制剂中季铵型生物碱经不同厂家生产的中性氧化铝处理后含量与未经处理的有明显的下降。结论:在用中性氧化铝纯化处理样品,建立季铵型生物碱分析方法时应当慎用。对于含季铵型生物碱的制剂定量宜采用碱性氧化铝纯化处理。

Objective To study the influence of neutral alumina on the extracting and purification process with quaternaryammonium alkaloids. Methods： RP - HPLC method was applied for the determination of quaternary-ammonium-type-alkaloidin huang-lian shang-qing, yan-ke ning tablets, respectively prepared with alkaline, neutral alumina and without processing.Peak area relative loss rate was used to measure the impact of size. Results： Quaternary ammonium alkaloids in twopreparations by different manufacturer production of neutral alumina content and untreated have significant decline, comparedwith those without praparation. Conclusion： Neutral alumina should be used with caution in analysis of quaternary-ammonium-type-alkaloid; alkaline alumina was advised to use in the preparations containing of quaternary-ammonium-type-alkaloid.
